we all have in our mind that grand hyatt would be one of the best living experiences but this property is not the worth The price they are taking and services they are providing is rubbish Staff in hotel are not soft spoken and some even cannot speak English

在市區中心，如果不住死海附近，可以選擇。代客泊車不用錢，建議給點小費。我點了房內晚餐，不知是否餓了，吃個乾淨，具體見圖片。給我升級到了行政樓層，可以看整個市區，景色不錯。

Hôtel idéalement situé proche des principaux lieux touristiques. Chambre spacieuse mais mériterait un petit coup de neuf (très Old style). Petit déjeuner correct mais manque un peu de saveur.

Mr Mamdouh and Mr odai was very helpful and supportive. Literally when I go back to this hotel if because of those 2 persons. Also all the stuff was nice. Hotel was super calm and clean. Food is delicious.

Das Hotel ist in eine gute Lage, modern, sauber und sehr groß. Der Personal ist nicht gut ausgebildet für einen 5 Sterne Hotel! Fehler auch beim Zahlungen im Pool wenn jemand etwas bestellt, da in der Menü sind andere Preise und wenn die Rechnung kommt andere Preise ! Es gibt auch Auto Valet aber keinen Möglichkeit das der Gast selber seiner Auto parken kann.
